I initially created this page so I can share my experiences and thoughts about love, loss, hurt and joy, and anything else that comes expectedly or unexpectedly into my life. I welcome every experience; though at times it is difficult to look at it in a clear and unjudgmental way, I try to accept it and learn from all that is assigned to me. Even when in question, did I create the situation or was it purely fate? I know that God has a plan for me and it’s been written exactly the way it is supposed to be. I’ve realized that no matter how hard we try to change, life has already been proofread and finalized… and even if one tries to take an exit or detour onto a new road, eventually it will lead you back to the highway that was paved just for you long ago. That doesn’t mean we should stay away from taking risks or avoid change; to the contrary, experiences that challange our inner growth and push boundries enrich our life, which makes that road more scenic; one that you like to look back at and say, “Hey! That was an amazing ride!”. And even with all the turns, stops, speeds, u-turns and curves, it’s important to see the beauty and worth in all of it. Because at the end, like so many others have said, it’s not the destination that matters, it’s the journey…
